1. Our Principles
The protection and security of your personal data are prime concerns of VservU GmbH (hereinafter “VservU”). Therefore, when collecting and processing your personal data, we will strictly observe the provisions of German data privacy law.
Furthermore, it is important to us that you are always aware of the personal data that will be collected when you visit our website or make use of our offers and how such data will be used. The following information serves to inform you in detail about this.
2. Collection and processing of personal data
Personal data is any data which makes it possible to identify you, e.g., your name, your address or your email address. We will only collect and process personal data where this is permitted by law or if you have given your prior consent.
The purpose of the collection of your personal data is to allow you to use the offers of VservU and to enable us to handle your orders. We collect and process personal data in particular for the following purposes:
- Contact
We will collect and process the contact information which you voluntarily disclose to us (e.g., your name and your email address) to respond to requests for contact which you make using the contact form or email. You are free to decide whether you wish to give us any information and, if so, what infor-mation. - Opening a customer account
We will collect and process the information required for registration in our online shop as well as the data communicated within this context (mandatory: your name, address and email address) for the purpose of opening your customer account. As a registered customer, you can ac-cess your personal customer account by entering a user name and password; after accessing your per-sonal customer account, you can, among other things, select your personal settings for the use of our online shop and make changes to your data. Your registered data will be used within the scope of orders. You can cancel the registration for your customer account at any time. - Handling of orders received via the VservU online shop
We will collect and process the data required to handle your orders and the contractual relationship with you (your name, company, address, email ad-dress and licence key information). Within the scope of the agreement with you, we will use the aforemen-tioned data in particular to handle your orders and in general, for the purpose of enabling VservU to per-form the agreement with you.
The required payment information (credit card number etc.) is collected by our payment provider depend-ing on the method of payment offered and chosen:- If you have chosen to pay via PayPal, you will be forwarded to the webpage of our payment provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. & Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg which will deal with you directly regarding the required payment information. We do not receive this payment information.
- If you have chosen to pay via credit or debit card, the required payment information is with your consent collected directly by our payment provider SIX Card Solutions Deutschland GmbH, Bornbarch 9, 22848 Norderstedt (“SIX Card”) via a webpage window of SIX Card you will be forwarded to during the payment process on our webpage. We do not receive this payment information.
- If you have chosen on the SIX Card webpage to pay via ClickAndBuy, you will be forwarded to the webpage of our payment provider ClickandBuy International Limited, Lincoln House, 137 / 143 Hammer-smith Road, London W14 0QL, UK. which will deal with you directly regarding the required payment infor-mation. We do not receive this payment information
- Marketing activities
If you have declared your explicit consent, we may use your email address to con-tact you in order to provide you with our email newsletter.
3. Disclosure of personal data to third parties
- Your personal data collected by us will not be disclosed to any third party without your prior consent, unless we are required to do so by court order or by order of public authorities. VservU will not sell or oth-erwise market your personal data to third parties.
- You can revoke any given consent to the collection and use of your data in whole or in part with effect for the future. For this purpose, please send an according notice to the address given below.

4. Cookies
- With a view to organizing our internet presence in a user-friendly manner and adjusting it as best as possible to your needs, we use cookies in some of the areas. “Cookies” are small text files which are stored locally on the hard disk of your computer, where they are kept available for subsequent retrieval; such cookies facilitate the use of our online offers and include no personal data.
